So you want to be a Leader? Well now is the perfect opportunity to get it! Below are a few rules you will need to know before you audition, so please read them carefully. After you do, you may go ahead and audition.

RULES

- Your character doesn't already have to be accepted, it can try out for another clan or go down one rank and etc till she or he i accepted.
- you can have as many high positions as you want but please not all the same {ex 4 leaders, or 3 med cats, or 2 med cat apprentice and 2 deputies}
- Follow the form and reply to this thread once you've finished your audition.
- Dont get mad if some one else wins. Just say good luck!

personality: Emberstar is a very loyal feline. She is always ready to die for her clan, to have her nice lives ripped away in their defense. She is playful because she is still young, but knows when to be serious. Emberstar is a cat of understanding. She will forgive crimes, but will never forget them. One thing to remember about this she-cat, she doesn't give second chances often. Neither is she merciful. If Emberstar finds any rogue, any loner, any kittypet, spy, trespasser, she doesn't let them off easy. They will get a beating before they are set free. A reminder of MarshClan. If they were to trespass again, they would surely be killed. Emberstar is always eager to get the point across that any strange or rival cats are not allowed in MarshClan territory without proper reason.
why your cat is good for this role: I just explained basically in her personality. She is fair, decent, a little strict, and reasonable. She won't throw herself into battle and things twice before acting.
RP Example: It was dawn and pink light spread across the clearing, tiptoeing into Emberstar's den like a crouching hunter. All was silent except for the rustle of moss and bracken as a lone figure stood at the back of the cave, stretching her limbs and claws till her legs quivered. She yawned a large yawn, her teeth glistening in the dim light. She shook her coat and gave herself a nice grooming before stepping out into the clearing, looking things over. The deputy was taking out patrols and the warriors were leaving camp to do their patrols. All was well in MarshClan. She turned her head toward the elders' den and padded over to it. Emberstar liked the elders, she enjoyed listening to stories of the times when they were young. She poked her head in and asked for a little tale, settling herself down when the elders agreed to tell one. Sun high came and the stories were done for the day. Emberstar padded to her den, flicking her tail to her deputy as she passed, wanting her to join Emberstar in her den. The deputy broke away from the warrior she was with and followed Emberstar into her den. What is it, Emberstar? The deputy asked. How is the fox hunt coming along? The fiery orange leader asked. We have scented it dangerously close to camp. The warriors are working hard to find it. The she-cat mewed. Make sure you do. When you find it, chase it off clan territory. We don't want to chase it into another territory, then we would be putting the other clans in danger. No. We can't let that happen, Sagefoot. Kill it if you have to. Emberstar growled and swished her tail, dismissing her loyal deputy. Yes, Emberstar. The black deputy dipped her head and left Emberstar to her thoughts...

Sorry, not my best RP sample for auditions. Oh, and I was just making up a deputy name just for the audition. I will no be gmoding in any way, shape, or form. This was just for the audition.

personality: He does not like rouges joining into clans. He finds it silly. He does not respect cats like that and think they will only be loyal to other rouges. He also finds that cats who have forbidden loves aren't loyal to their main clan. He is a ratter and tends to tell the leader when things like this are happening. He himself doesn't strictly obey the warrior code, but small pieces of it he enforces.He is also very protective he wants nothing more than to protect his clan and to make sure that no one gets hurt. He has already lost an apprentice once before. That changed him greatly. He would much rather put his life in danger than have a clan mate killed.

why your cat is good for this role:
Brackenfire would be good for this position for many reasons. One would be that he is very protective of cats in his clan. If you read the thread just you and me in marshclan you will see that Brackenfire was incredibly protective of her which any deputy should be. He has great potential leadership skills which any clan would want. Brackenfire is also very friendly and isn't strict all the time which would also make him a good candidate. It means he would be a friend to many in his clan instead of the head honcho who everyone fears to anger.

RP Example:

The sun hadn't risen yet. Whitepaw was still sleeping. It was her day off. Brackenfire stretched and sniffed the air. Emberstar was still sleeping to. He knew a hunting patrol would have to go out soon and he decided he would be the one to lead it. With a quick scan of the clearing he picked his cats and walked over.

"Hushpaw, Emberpaw, Dawnfrost, How about a hunting patrol?" He didn't want to sound demanding but he wanted to be assertive so he wouldn't be bossed around easily. The cats quickly gathered around him."We will go near Sunclan boarders then over towards rockclan and back home. The prey just seems better over there." He mewed in a stern voice."Your welcome to eat first I just want to speak with emberstar." The other cats nodded as he padded towards the she-cats den.

"It's me Brackenfire." He mewed at the entrance. When he heared the she-cat call back he walked in."Viperstrike is still near the sunclan boarder. His scent has been all over the place." He mewed."I'm taking out a hunting patrol and checking to see if he's been there this morning."

The she-cat nodded."Good. Thank you. I'll keep an eye out on camp while your gone. Your excused. Thank you for the report Brackenfire. Your serving your clan well."

Brackenfire nodded. Perhaps he was only serving his clan well because of his older brother.He looked at the other cats who were all waiting to go. Brackenfire nodded and with a flick of the tail he led the cats out of camp."Thank you for comming guys, I appreciate it."
